We found this restaurant on a whim after getting a massage in Chinatown and were craving Peking duck. The restaurant is super clean, great music, great vibes and the ambiance was so enjoyable. We had the green beans with Peking duck and vegetable dumplings, everything was perfectly seasoned, flavorful, delicious and great portions. My parents were visiting and this was a great spot to take them while they were in town. Above everything, the manager Jefferey went above and beyond to be super kind and warm and friendly and to make sure we had everything we needed. He is such a joy and asset to this space, as I noticed him engaging thoughtfully and intentionally with all of the tables and noticing little details. I find it hard nowadays to go out and have exceptional service especially during stressful holiday seasons there are a lot of moody staff or mistakes in the kitchen etc, but this meal, experience and vibe were such a breath of fresh air and cannot wait to be back and send friends and clients! Thank you for an amazing time and especially Jefferey for making sure we had a stellar night.

Will definitely be returning! Jack O was our server- very personable and guided us with some great selections!

Went here for a date night and was not disappointed. Tried the pork soup dumplings, fried beef dumplings, pork ribs, Brussels sprouts, and wagyu fried rice.

Dumplings were amazing and was thinking about them days after the visit. Pork truly did fall off the bone- these do have a dry rub on them vs a sauce. Brussels sprouts were fried perfectly- great flavor. The rice was probably our least favorite of the meal. Beef was great, but wanted more flavor in the rice. A chili oil would’ve been nice with that.

Very full/lively- and tables are fairly close together in the small space so was quite loud at times.

I had dinner at Pinch Chinese and ordered the beef soup. Unfortunately, it was too fatty for my taste, which detracted from the overall experience. That said, the rest of the food was delicious and well-prepared, and the service and atmosphere were great. I'd recommend the restaurant but might skip the beef soup next time.

Mapo Tofu was great but the dumpling was moderate. Xiao long bao was pretty good, better than many chinese restaurants in NYC except DTF. Imao, foods were little overpriced. Booking in advance is recommended.

Peking duck was great also we had pork soup dumplings. Dan Dan noodles was a little bit spicy. For drinks we had jasmine flower tea.Side dish was marinated cucumber.
The food was delicious but maybe it’s weekend the waiter was not patient with the service I guess…

This restaurant almost hits the mark, but unfortunately falls short of my expectations from the Michelin review I read online. The atmosphere is “urban chic” with Chinese motifs. It’s small. We came early, and once the crowds arrived, it felt smaller. And much louder. The wine was decent, but certainly overpriced. The waiter at the table next to us was maligning one of the wines, which is never a good sign coming from the person whose position it is to sell those wines. The soup dumplings and cucumbers were a highlight. We should have left it there, and left the restaurant wanting more. The lobster was a generous portion, but greasy. The Wagyu fried rice is where the wheels fell off the wagon. The steak wasn’t integrated with the rice. The rice had no flavor, and there was so much egg, it could have been mistaken for egg salad. Overall, we left disappointed.

The atmosphere and playlist ? were fantastic! They had a wonderful mix of genres and eras that I really enjoyed. We had dumplings, lamb, beans, and chicken from the special menu. Everything was amazing, but my favorite was definitely the chicken! ?

The food in this restaurant is a bit of a combination of Chinese and Western style food. The ribs are the best and the desserts are also good.
