Good fun. Quite a bit of waiting around at the start which eats into your hour, but the experience itself was good fun and the supervisors were very helpful to give you the best experience. They could have engaged on the way up a little more, they just played with their phones and talked to each other so it was a bit of a weird anxious first trip up the travelator as a newbie to the experience.

Drinks in the alpine lodge very reasonable and it's everything's you expect of a ski school.

Slopes looked great for training and the students did seem to be coming on well as they undertook their lessons.

We just went tubing and highly recommend.

Lovely experience tubing was amazing. The ramp and access to record was also good. Something to improve In my opinion ow allow walking on the travelator

Had so much fun on the tubing slope, and communication with reception via email was quick and easy. All staff lovely. We'd come again.

Don't waste your money! Learnt more skiing in 20 minutes with an instructor on a snow slope than in 8 or 9 sessions here. Wouldn't recommend. Instructors here are well meaning but lack variety in ways they explain things meaning it can be very hard to make any progress. Wouldn't return having now skied on snow.

Great entertainment. Tubing was fun, with a fairly quick slope and a surprisingly gentle stop into crash barriers at the end. Be warned, however FOOD SERVICE STOPS AT 17:30!

We came here from Kent and unfortunately were late for our session due to a car breakdown but the team managed to fit us in a later time slot. Thank you to instructor Nick for his time and effort for letting us have a good time, and also to the rest of the team.

My daughter and I went to a tubing party, we had so much fun, the facilities were brilliant. The only downfall was, the building was a bit tired and needed a lick of paint.
