Posto molto affascinante. La salita lho fatta a piedi, piuttosto impegnativa se non allenati. Ottima la cucina all'interno del rifugio e prezzi più che ragionevoli. Dal rifugio partono un pò di sentieri decisamente interessanti. Io mi sono limitato a salire in cima alla vetta per poi prendere la cremagliera per ritornare a fondovalle.

This place is amazing. Just a short drive from our hotel in Coylumbridge and the weather couldn’t be any more different. Rain in Aviemore, snow drifts on the mountain and at the base camp resort.

Cafe and restaurant are lovely and reasonably priced, loads of activities but quite pricey. Probably not so compared to other resorts, just in general.

Staff are lovely, parking reasonable at £3 a day and everything you need to chase the snow with your kids.

Only a quick visit while in the area. No snow yet but was very busy. Great place to bring kids with there bikes, they cab use the bike lift to get to the top and cycle down an off road track. Tyre tobogganing for kids mainly and a great cafe with massive fire looking out over the valley below, food is a little expensive but has the tastiest soup ever. Will go back for some walking in the area, it's beautiful.

Goodness of activities and facilities on site, including cafe/bar and gift shop. On a relatively quiet day, few gravity carts available, though, and.bikes only hire able.for half day, not assisting those visiting for 2 hours over lunch. Also, a great shame that funicular railway remains.out of order.

A great mountain for family gathering.
They have got the cafe not far away from the car park which server excellent highland food and definitely not expensive. Also the portion is quite good too. After filling the stomach with lots of food, it is good to have a walk up to the ?️ mountain as you have gained a lot of energy. It doesn't take a lot of time to get a great view. Definitely recommend to bring a mountain bike as they got a great little dirt track and it is for every age. I see small child riding as well. I can see a lot of dog owners bringing their dogs as well as it is a great place. Worth a visit if u got a family or friends that want a comfortable place

Fantastic place to visit for the day. Views are spectacular and so many new additions for the children. Weather was fabulous which added to our experience we had a brilliant day. The ball run and the tubing was so much fun. My 4 year old loved it.

We popped into the cafe at the base station after a chilly walk on the hill. The fire was much appreciated. Coffee, hot chocolate, cake, and pizza were all good. The toilets were clean and tidy.

Great views from the top, the bus drops you off at the ski centre car park which is 600m high so there's not much additional elevation needed to get to the summit, making it an easier climb than other munros. Highly recommend going early and combining it with Ben Macdui.
