I am so unhappy with the service at the center. I paid for a block of lessons but recently started a new job with a variable schedule, which has prevented me from attending the classes. I reached out both by phone and in person to see if there was any way to adjust or find a solution, but the only option offered was to switch to another day when I am also scheduled to work.

I am very disappointed with the lack of alternative solutions to solve this.

Sadly another place in Aberdeen with very little awareness of neurodivergency. Very old teaching styles. Some instructors are very rude, intolerant and arrogant. As with a lot of places in this city unless you accept what you're given, you're openly casted out.

Tried taking the kids tubing a couple of times now. First time some weeks ago and then tried again today. Online booking system is terrible and allows booking for one person. Have tried calling around 20 times in two days and not an answer. Even called when I was stood in the queue at the desk. No ringing heard and plenty people going about to answer. Was told it’s a new phone system. Can’t be that new as had the exact same issues weeks ago when I tried to book. Got to the desk and wasted journey as no space due to a party booking. No problem at all with that but wasted journey for the simple reason of staff not answering the phone. Explained my frustration to the woman at the desk. Her response, party is booked today, sorry. New phone system, sorry. Nothing to be said on the online booking system. Sure I’m not the only person having these issues.

Good people and great quality of instruction when you get going but we've had repeated issues of failed equipment, instructors not present for the lesson booked, lengthy delays in responses to emails (also by phone).

Good place, met a guy named drew and talked abt BGMedia and I told him my favourite song is “Road Rage” by Little T and he told me “DONT SING IT!”

Our son had a great time and the instructor was very knowledgeable, especially for our needs. He was also professional and perhaps best of all..enthusiastic and seemed to love what he was doing.
