This is by far the best initial visit with a dentist I’ve had. For starters, they got me in within two weeks. They sent me a link to complete ALL the paperwork, and when I arrived and checked in I didn’t have time to sit down in the lobby because an energetic, friendly dental assistant came out to greet me and took me back. From start to finish she began working on my dental needs and when she finished the doctor promptly came in. They went over my X-ray and together they examined my teeth and gums, it was obvious that they work well together, love what they do and respect each other.

They have Netflix set up so you can watch a movie; even when they recline you back.
The entire staff was friendly and professional. No sitting around waiting for the next person to come in…other than the doctor.

I was also impressed how much gentler the tools were that they used to hold the mouth while taking my c-rays. They have smaller sizes and various types.

Had my dental cleaning appointment today 10/14/24. The hygienist Marlene greeted me on arrival and brought me to the room quickly. Marlene is always very gentle and does a thorough cleaning treatment. Love my sparkling teeth when I leave. Though I didn't need to see Dr. Fung today he always acknowledges me when I'm in the office. Staff is always great and so competent in their roles.

Always a good experience! Both Dr. Fung and hygienist Marlene are gentle on their exams and treatment. Nobody "likes" going to the dentist but this office is great and makes the visit easy.
On 7/27/22 I had major work done related to a fall, damaging some teeth. I was there for 5+ hours. Although it was a very long day, the entire staff was so accomodating. Dr. Fung and Anita, RDA were so gentle. I've been a patient here fir several years now and have never had a bad experience.
