Yet another example of a company who jumped on the Covid bandwagon to make money quickly and easily! I ordered 4 before flight tests (140 pounds) for me and family and then had to cancel just a few days later as new French government covid rules stopped us from travelling France/UK/France. I was eligible for refund, as detailed on Randox website FAQ section. I sent first request by their online form as directed. No reply. I sent 2 more emails. Over one month later, still no reply and no refund. This looks like robbery!! And no one answers the phone. Avoid!

At last managed to get thru to Customer service. They reassured that I will get my refund in between 10 and 14 days.

Very smooth experience today, staff friendly and helpful, results back quickly. Only let down was Stansted airport parking which is confusing - the airports sign positing verges on the misleading and they had shut access to the yellow car park without any notice on their website. Randox Health itself though excellent, reckon they would be better off based elsewhere close to and outside of the airport.

Poorly sign- posted and managed - I ended up spending 2*£10 parking fees and reversing/u-turning to avoid a third, then had to walk miles anyway - for a drive in appointment. Cost me an hour. Luckily I booked 2 days ahead of my flight. Bring back Collinson.

took an antigen test at the airport, the results were promised within 60min but they never arrived. Still trying to get a reply from them

Terrible service. This company charged me twice for the same test and until today they have not acknowledge my customer service reporting. Avoid on all cost.
