Do not order from here if you expect to receive your food! Ordered from here tonight, they did not deliver the food, claims they called but they didn’t, so they just took the food back to the shop! Not happy and definitely will not be ordering again!

We have a ring doorbell so can confirm you definitely did not attempt to deliver our food. I also have a screenshot of the phone records that show when we ordered and then when we contacted you again - 5.46pm and 7.05pm.

I’ve been happily using this restaurant for a long period of time

Rang Tonight to place my order and an order that I had a few days ago had increased by £8 supposedly £4 delivery fee however just eat and website both say £1-50 or 2.50

As a regular customer I won’t be using them again as I now feel like they have took advantage of us and tried to to. Us. To think I’ve recommended them and commented on posts slating there delivery times recently.

New managers certainly are ruining a very good takeaway

Used them for the first time last week. Food was delivered ahead of schedule. The food was tasty and great value for money, we had the munchy box. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

ordered early thinking I would get freshly cooked food. Food came before the Chinese was even open.
Chips were hard and cold. the Singapore fried rice was cold and basically just clumped together. it didnt even fall off my fork. chicken wings were also cold and hard and could clearly see this was not freshly cooked. the special chow me in was ok apart from it was cold and as for the Thai green curry that was mega hot not much taste to it. Overall it was a waste of money tbh. very disappointing

Cannot recommend this place enough! Tried many Chinese takeaways in the area, and in my opinion is the best! Always polite and friendly on the phone, they can alter meals with no hassle(which is what a customer wants) and throw in freebies, prawn crackers/chicken toast/chicken wings. Delivery is also very prompt, and all at a good price!

New owner appalling service , miserable. Arguing on the phone with me. Not surprised with the bad low reviews , don’t thing this shop will stay open much longer if his service continues. Refusing to swap items for a family box which I have always done previously to the old owners. Oh well your loss of £20+. Will now be going elsewhere. Learn some customer service and listen to your customers , unless you want NONE.

I never got my food. I went into the shop to order. The most indifferent service staff member couldn't hear me because he was away from the service hatch, so I moved closer. He still couldn't hear me and gave me a look of such contempt, I said 'don't worry about it' and left. There are 2 perfectly good chinese takeaways within 5 minutes walk of here where you are not treated in a rude way.
