Great time on the slope with the kids. The slope staff were great and it was good value for money however the young cafe staff were not very friendly towards the kids and told them off, upsetting them, for simply walking across the empty cafe to the rear window. Never the less was a good day.

I am stunned at the amount of good reviews. Takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but after tonight I have nothing but disappointment. We went tubing/ringos with 20 Cubs (8-10yrs) and the safety was entirely neglected throughout. Constantly on edge marshalling the group (as part of our role, granted, but not to this degree during an instructor lead activity). Staff were inattentive and had as much joy with the kids as the Grinch himself. Compounded with the lack of lighting and inability to go down more than one person at a time left us bitterly regretting not booking Norwich sooner. Zero value for money and felt guilty for the kids who thankfully are easier to impress.

Can't really fault this place, if you like a rush and don't mind getting wet then you'll love it, just be warned, there is irony in the term "dry ski slope" as its soaking, and sprinklers come on intermittently to make sure it stays that way, while you're actually on the slope, which adds to the fun. Basically pack a spare pair of clothes or wear waterproofs, oh and for £10 an hour (which is plenty by the way), it doesn't break the bank, like everything seems too these days, i.e. Go Ape!

What an amazing day, although everything hurts. The instructor was lovely and we was in a group of 10 people. Everybody encouraged eachother and got on really well and it was such a nice fun day. We started on the little slope and after 2 hours, we progressed to the green/blue slope and eventually the red. There was a few falls but no one was hurt, the funniest part was when, one by one a lot of us fell off the lift back up as you was so exhausted, but again, it was more comical than anything else. By the end of the 6 hour lesson we could all go down safely, able to stop ourselves and turn slightly. What a wonderful experience and we have said we will go for practice once a month as our instructor said we were safe to go alone from the red part(middle of the high slope) but can also get a short lesson to progress to the top. Great place and a very fun day. I would recommend it to anyone.

Overall very good, better condition than some dry ski slopes on the main slope (with irrigation). Very helpful friendly staff too! Able to hire all gear in the price - great value. The only downside is the beginners slope rope tow lift; its very dated and could do with an upgrade to a travelator to make it easier and safer for beginners.

Took my grandson within a group of cubs. They all did ringos. The staff were informative, friendly but safety conscious making me feel he was in good hands. They all had a fabulous time and the hour went by fast.

Great value. Great fun. Skiing, tabogganing, snowboarding. Take lessons, just enjoy the slope or stop for lunch in the restaurant.

Lovely staff, lovely setting. Didn't eat in the restaurant but food that we saw looked lovely. Drinks reasonably priced.
